Incredibly rough and ragged version of the Refrigerator song Lonesome Surprise as sung through an old flip phone to an incredibly loving, patient and forgiving Mountain Goats audience. It marked the first time I sang in front of an audience post-transplant surgery. Thank you John, for making this magical, musical and healing moment happen.
